CCPA / CPRA Notice for California Residents

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and describes the rights of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
1. Categories of Personal Information We Collect
In the 12 months preceding the effective date of this notice, we may have collected the following categories of personal information about California residents:
- Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, IP address.
- Customer records — company name, job title, professional contact information.
- Internet or network activity — pages visited, referrer, session data, interactions with our Website and AI chat.
- Geolocation — approximate location inferred from IP address (city/region level only).
- Inferences drawn from the above to understand preferences and improve our content.
2. Sources of Personal Information
- Directly from you when you complete a form, subscribe to our newsletter, or interact with our AI chat.
- Automatically via cookies and analytics when you visit our Website (subject to your consent).
- From third-party service providers who help us operate our Website (e.g. Google Analytics).
3. Purposes for Collection
We use personal information for the business purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including responding to inquiries, delivering services, improving the Website, marketing with consent, and meeting legal obligations.
4. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell personal informationas that term is defined by the CCPA, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the CPRA. We do not knowingly sell the personal information of minors under 16.
5. Your Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell/share.
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. (We do not sell or share — this right is provided in case that ever changes.)
- Limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond what is reasonably necessary to provide our services.
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised your rights.
6. How to Exercise Your Rights
Submit a request by emailing privacy@zentrovia.tech. Please include enough information for us to verify your identity (typically the email address you've used to contact us) and a clear description of your request. We will respond within 45 days and may extend the period by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary.
7. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of written authorization and may separately verify your identity.
8. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or to comply with legal obligations. Specific retention periods are described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to this Notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent version.
