ZenFlip is an AI-powered digital publishing platform that transforms PDFs into interactive, accessible flipbooks with built-in RAG AI chat. Unlike incumbents like Issuu ($50M+ ARR), FlipHTML5, and Flipsnack, ZenFlip was built API-first, WCAG 2.2 AA compliant from day one, and designed to embed natively into enterprise platforms — from digital libraries to LMS systems.
This case study covers two distinct dimensions: the technology build (how we architected and shipped a production SaaS product in 3 months) and the marketing engine (how we built the SEO and growth infrastructure that delivered 10,000+ Google impressions and 120+ subscribers in under 6 weeks — before any paid marketing spend).
